SO WE WENT TO THE DALLAS AREA WE'RE TWO LEARNING FORWARD CONFERENCE AND ALL THE PRESENTATIONS WERE GEARED TOWARDS HOW TO EFFECTIVELY LAY TEACHERS WITH PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT. SO THIS IS THAT WHEN THIS WAS MY FIRST TRIP OF THE TEAM AND THEY'RE AMAZING TO GO TO GREAT JOB. RIGHT HERE I HAVE CULTIVATING LEADERSHIP. AND. WE HAD CAMPUS LEVEL TEAMS COME TO KC AND WE HAD A VERY FORWARD TEAM COME IN WORK WITH THEM. THEY DID A BOOK STUDY AND OUR RELIGIOUS WORKING ON HOW TO LEAD THEIR TEAMS THEIR GRADE LEVEL TEAMS. SO YOU WILL SEE PICTURES OF ELEMENTARY TEACHERS AND SECONDARY TEACHERS PARTICIPATING IN THAT TRAINING THIS SUMMER. ALSO THIS YEAR WE HAVE HAD LEAD FORWARD TO A TRAINING CALLED AN INTERVENTION FOR ALL. AND YOU'LL NOTICE THE WORDS ALL OUR CAPITAL LOST THE EMPHASIS ON THIS TRAINING AND FOR FACULTY AND EVEN FAR WITH WHAT WE HAVE SHARED IS MAKING SURE ALL STUDENTS GROW. EFFECTIVE PRINCIPAL ALL.
